Fine Lux Cardboard is run by Fine Lux LLC. This page says what we collect when you shop here, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
When you place an order we receive your name, shipping address, email address and, if you give it at checkout, your phone number. We keep these with your order so we can ship it and answer questions about it.
We do not see or store your card number. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own page, and Stripe tells us only that you paid.
Cookies
The store uses a few small cookies to work: one remembers what is in your basket, one remembers which game you were browsing, and one remembers how you like card lists displayed. Partner shops that sign in get a sign-in cookie.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
Who else sees your information
Stripe processes your payment and calculates sales tax, so it receives your payment details and address.
We buy postage through Pirate Ship and ship with the United States Postal Service, so they receive your name and shipping address.
Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for them.
Our web server keeps a standard access log (your address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time) for 14 days, to keep the site running and to see which cards people look at. It records no cookies.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for seven years for tax and accounting. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, by emailing service@finelux.co.
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
