Terms of sale
These are the terms for buying from Fine Lux Cardboard, a store run by Fine Lux LLC, a Massachusetts company.
What we sell
We sell individual trading cards. Every card is Near Mint unless a different condition is shown on the listing.
Card photos are reference images of the printing, not photos of the exact copy you will receive. Foil treatments look different in hand than on screen. We are glad to send a photo of the actual card before you buy: just ask.
Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
An order may include one copy of any listing, and at most 4 copies of any one card across its printings, treatments and conditions.
An order may include up to 36 cards, and up to $500 in cards before shipping.
Each card is checked for availability again when your payment goes through. If one has just sold, we refund that card automatically and ship the rest.
We may hold an order for review before shipping it, for example when the same card is bought twice within minutes or a price was listed in error. If we cannot fill an order we cancel it and refund it in full.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping options and prices: Bubble mailer, $5, 4 to 8 days; Priority Mail Express, $15, 2 to 5 days; Priority Mail Next Day, $40, 1 to 3 days. Bubble mailer shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates.
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will sort it out.
Sales tax
Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires us to collect it.

Trademarks
Card names, artwork and game logos belong to their publishers. Fine Lux Cardboard is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
